A two bedroom, first floor flat, situated in a purpose built block on Ringwood Road.
This 520 square foot property is offered chain free, making it an ideal purchase, whether as a first home or rental investment. The lounge diner is spacious and well presented, with the kitchen handily located directly off. The former room has monochrome walls and a large window at one end, whilst the latter has plenty of built in cabinetry. The two bedrooms are well proportioned. The larger has built in wardrobes and storage, and the other would in our opinion make a fantastic home office or guest room.
Finally, the bathroom features a modern three piece suite, with rainfall shower over the tub, as well as sleek tiling to the floor and walls.
Outside, there is a car park to the rear, as well as communal gardens.
Living here... - Ringwood Road sits pretty much in the middle of Walthamstow, making it the perfect spot to explore E17 from. Where better to wake up on a weekend morning and head out to embrace all the area has to offer? Maybe head down to Blackhorse Workshop and try your hand at all sorts of crafting skills, or perhaps head over to The Mall for some retail therapy, before taking in the latest Hollywood blockbuster at The Scene. As the day drifts into evening, the area really comes alive, with bars and restaurants aplenty, from pub grub at The Chequers, sough dough pizza at SoDo, or an amazing array of fantastic street food at Crate St James.
All this, and only a few minutes’ walk to either Walthamstow Central or St James Street stations. What more could you possibly wish for…?
In This Area - By Walthamstow Diary - If you find yourself wandering around St James Street, look to the walls, they have a story to tell you. Don't worry, I've not taken a funny turn, I'm referring to the ghost signs that litter this part of Walthamstow. Faded and flaking though they are, these painted signs give us a glimpse in to the past. These days, there's a lot happening on this little street. How about a pint of lager at the Untraditional Pub in Crate St James, paired with some amazing vegan food from Green Grill, an awesome burger from Baggio Burger or wonderful Vietnamese street food from Hanoi Ca Phe. There are also outdoor cinema nights, quiz nights, comedy nights, workshops, and a range of independent shops in this amazing crate community.
Alternatively, how about the St James Street café – perfect whether it’s breakfast, lunch or pop up dinner.
The station will get you to Liverpool Street in 14 minutes, or if you’re more into pedal power, Walthamstow Cycles are on hand to help.
