We have to say, the owners of this house have done a fabulous job on the renovation. Check out the photos, and you will see for yourself how the light floods into the property, highlighting the beautiful flooring and the neutral colour scheme. The renovation really has been carefully thought through and then brilliantly executed. The open plan nature of the ground floor, with essentially one enormous entertaining space in the kitchen/diner and through lounge, is exactly what families are looking for, whilst the private rear garden (accessed via the kitchen/diner) will really come into its own in the Summer months (which are only round the corner now!) Upstairs there are four bedrooms (one with en-suite), family bathroom (to compliment the ground floor WC), ensuring both space for all, and no queues in the morning as everyone tries to get ready at the same time. Like we said, carefully thought through, and brilliantly executed. Go on, take a look at the photos – as the saying goes, the camera never lies...

Living here... - Imagine the scene – it’s Saturday night, you’ve managed to get a babysitter for the kids, and your friends are all coming over to see the new house. Where to go? Perhaps the more accurate question is where to start! Well, how about at The Duke for cocktails and burgers, or maybe get in some pizzas from Marilucia before heading to the Ravenswood to have your mind blown by dazzling neon at God’s Own Junkyard, all whilst enjoying a pint from one (or both!) of the two breweries there? Alternatively, you could walk on a bit further and sample the many delights of Walthamstow Village, or you could jump on the train at Wood Street station if a night in town beckons (checking out the street art as you go). Wherever you end up, once the evening is over and Sunday morning dawns, what better way to clear the head than with a walk around Hollow Ponds or Epping Forest with your faithful canine companion (and the kids of course!), perhaps stopping for breakfast at one of the many cafes on Wood Street on the way home (go on, you deserve it!) Evening or morning, Winter or Spring, there is always something to do in this fab part of E17…
